Shipping policy

Pink Valour is only able to offer Shipping within New Zealand. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

All shipping within NZ is a flat rate of $8.00 (Signature Required).

We offer free shipping on all orders over $180.00

Pink Valour operates within usual Business hours:
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 5:00pm
We are closed on Public Holidays.

We endeavour to get your orders out as quickly as we can. Orders may take 1-2 business days to process. If for any reason it looks as though it may take longer, we will contact you on the information you have provided us and will let you know ASAP.

Your parcel will be packaged in a secure bag or box. We use NZ Post to deliver all of our parcels. Once your order has been sent off we will email through your tracking number. All orders sent require Signature.

Please allow 1-4 days for delivery once your order has been sent out (allow extra time for Rural addresses and possible nationwide disruptions).
